Teenage Mishaps.....School Mummies!
Hiya people....Howz you all doing? I was just wondering if you could all think back to your school days and remember of anyone who had children? How were these people treated, were they the school slut's or just unlucky! I'm still in school, and I would class myself as one of the 'cool' gang and I know that most of my mates have all had sex but none have got preggs....as yet! But there is a girl in my year who at 13 had a child. !13! Since then I have spoke to another girl who was preggs but mis-carried and another who thought she was but turned out not to have been. I'm starting to think that folk of my age have never heard of the 'pill' or 'condoms' That's all for now, soz if this topic has already been covered.....Bye Bye x

Times have now changed alot regarding getting pregnant at a young age.All though there's no real excuse now condom etc are so easily obtainable. You've only got to read these post to discover young people are having sex far earlier in age ,since when i was young.(I'm now 24). I did'nt actually feel a girls body all over,untill i was 17.

Three people in year 9 got pregnant last year at my school. And it's one of the better ones in Lewisham.
The school up the road from me has the highest teenage pregnancy rate in Britain.

Well at least you can half comprehend what is going on around you. But having sex is nothing to be proud of at that age. My sister is that age if I even suspected something like that i'd flip. Kids having kids its not right!

A girl in my year had a baby a while ago. She was one of those lovely people that everyone likes, so nobody thought anything bad of her. She just had a bit of a crap time with her family and stuff. She's still with the bloke, and they're bringing up the kid together

In year 9 one girl got pregnant and i was a big shock to just about everybody. And when i was in year 10 a girl in the year above was really pregnant and i sometimes see her with the baby.
So my school doesn't seem very 'pregnant' but then i guess there is people that keep things to themselves, i know i would want to.

Ok, i ahve very strong views on this subject.In my school there is no-one as far as i know that has a child but im sure if any girl did she would be classed as a slut or slag. I go to an all girls school so sex is discussed daily between groups. Unfortunatly many girls find sex extremely funny or nothing drastic personally i think it should be shared with someone you love and if at the age of 15 you love someone then i dont see why you shouldnt have sex aslong as you are sensible and use protection. I do know one girl in my year who has lied twice about being pregnant both times it ahs turned out she wasnt, on the first occassion she told us she had an abortion and the second time she miscarried. i personally dont find these lies funyn at all and all she was doing was attention seeking. Miscarruying a child is a tormenting time as my mother miscarried 3 times and having an abortion shouldnt be somethign taken lightly afterall that is a child. im not saying that abortion is wrong in any kind of way but i relaly dont think girls should use it as something to laugh about and use in a Lie. Any way they are my views and im off now!

What is the world coming too... If your friend is 13 having a kid, I assume your of similar age. You think your cool to be having sex ??? **NEWS FLASH** You are NOT Cool ! You are still risking pregnancy whether you use condoms or not. (they do break and i'd say the risk is higher inside a thirteen year old   )Cmon cop on and grow up, you should be into star trek or something. Does anyone not think this is stupid thing for a girl to be doing(or boy) ?????

When I was on school I didn't know of anyone who had children, but now that I am long gone I know of about five people who were in our year who now have babies, and about thre emore are pregnant.
They're all really pleased for themselves, in a way I think they're glad because it means they don't have to try hard and make something for themselves (ie. they don't have to get a job, they've got someone to love them too) I went to quite a mixed school, a lot of very clever people and a lot of people who didn't give a fuck about learning and would rather knock your teeth out than llok at you twice (sure you know the sort!). Anyway, sometimes people make mistakes and very nice people, who could have made something for themselves career and life wise end up having children, and I don't like it when these people are lumped in with the rest of them (the kind who annoy me in Asda every Thursday because its child benefit collection day!).

It's quite depressing actually how thick and disgusting these "people" are. Yes, exactly, those girls should still be playing barbies and stuff. I mean I didn't snog anyone until last year, I'm sixteen now and I still haven't had sex, thank goodness. It is totally abnormal. You should read my post on the "too many?" board.
