what to do

Heya,
I Sent An Email To My Mental Health Liasion Worker And Asked About Whether I Should Get In Contact With My Ed Clinic And She Said Wait Until The Other Mental Health Team Has Offered For Me. Ive Got An Appointment With A Gp Tomorrow And I Am Not Sure What To Do.....
Any Ideas??

thanx huni, needed someone to say that to me - i just get fed up of going to the doctors all of the time whilst they throw me from pillar to post. xx
