Lightbulb Relief

heya,
I went to see my mental health worker who is part of the university team and she has helped me so much today. I was panicking about an essay. I went to see one of my lecturers a few weeks ago about it and i completely forgot what she told me due to i think my tablets. The MHW has sent an email to her for me, shes got me an appointment with a support worker to go over the essay. And im also getting a learning mentor - has anyone had one of these???
I just feel so relieved as i was struggling with the stress and now it seems all in control.

Has anyone got experience of having a mental health condition and being at university at the same time?
love
jennie
