Mature Students
Right, my mums thinking about going to uni as a mature student (shes 45 at the moment) and was wondering what kinda entry requirements would be expected of her, shes got O grades and a few highers, and is thinking at the moment about Law (but is still planning on doing a bit more research on what exactly she wants to do, she isn't planning on applying this year) Anyone able to offer any guidance?

Hi I'm 47 and in my final year of my BA Hons Health and Social Care at Blackpool Uni. I went to the Uni and asked about entry requirements and they accepted me on previous experience. I had no GCSE's or A levels, it was CSE or O level back in my day I did a Foundation Degree part time for 3 years, just doing a top up year...nearly there nowtell your mum to go for it...never to late |
