I agree..

http://www.thesite.org.uk/community/...nnystatenation

i agree,
i worked as best i could at school, and although i didn't achieve what i wanted (because of personal difficulties at the time), i still worked hard and i got pushed out the way for it, i saw the students misbehaving in the back of class, preventing the teacher from teaching every 5 minutes, and they got all this support, what did i get? abuse...and ignored..

>_<

I've read that thing about 15 times now. I can't help myself, I'm drawn to its sheer baw-baggery like a moth to the flame.

Agreed. I think there was a topic on P&D along the lines of "where do you find these retards to write the rants?" The fact that he starts his argument with "I hate liberals" tells you everything you need to know about him. The type of twat who will split everything into conservative and liberal, and not accept that anything from the opposite side to his opinion will ever have any merit. The type of retard who's opinion you can second guess on every issue before he's even heard the question. Anyway, enough of the character assassination, I'll contribute to the debate if someone makes a point worth replying to (because there sure as hell aren't any in that article).

That first paragraph is an absolute belter. This bit in particular is a gem:

"The reason I hate liberals is because they are the reason our country is a joke compared with its former greatness."

The fact that he then goes onto to chat shit about stuff that's the opposite of liberalism is mind blowing. And, I'm intrigued as to which 'former greatness' he's refering to.

What a fucking buffoon.

It's the same former greatness that people refer to when they're on about a decline in moral standards. Because we all know that people never swore, or fought, or stole in the past, which is why we only needed the ten commandments in the past 10 years or so. They've just been there as a procaution for the previous 5000-odd years.

Just to clarify, men jumped down from trees in a solid, powerful, strong, manly and moralistic fashion. They did not cling to the tree, or 'hug' it on the way down like those LIEberals would like people to think so...

Although I think you have a point, it might be worth chilling out slightly

I really admire him for verbally shooting down his 9/10 year old cousin.

I dislike alot of Liberals - I mean, thier heart is in the right place, but they just don't have any idea of how to go about things. As soon as you talk of "enforcing" things... they go all soppy.

This rant is balls though. A nanny state is a word that is often shown in bad light. But without it, I doubt any country could function properly. Indeed, no country that WORKS in any way doesn't have a "nanny" state to a certain degree.
