I'm up because I am in pain from my periods, hate to admit but I actually really fancy a cuddle and I HATE having cuddles or being needy.

Cunting hormones.

Any joy with your essays?

Mate I've no discipline to actually go to bed at a reasonable hour let alone essay help! But what's your essay about, like?

Human relations - organizational cultures, workgroups and if these offer a worthy framework to solve the perenial challenges faced by management.

It's national 'Love A Tree Day' today.

When: Always on May 16th

It's Love a Tree Day. So, go out and give a tree a great big hug.

Trees are a good thing. They give us shade, comfort and warmth. They give off oxygen, too. There are many, many benefits provided by trees. So, you have good reason to love a tree or two.

Everyone has a favourite kind of tree. Use today to identify a tree you love, and to pamper it. Give it a trim. Eliminate competitors around it. Feed it a dose of fertilizer. Tree spikes work great. And, give the tree some water, if it is thirsty.

Important Note: On Love a Tree Day, your attention must be turned toward trees. A bush or a shrub just won't do.

I have been doing coursework, which consists of some 3D modelling and some coding... didnt realise how late it's got.
got myself completely confused with quaternions & spatial rotation, why would anyone want to express a 3D rotation with more than 3 numbers?

sleeping time now I think! aught to get up before lunch time tomorrow!

is it the only essay you have to do icey ?

They are an they aren't.

Management will always suffer problems with staff mentality. It depends on how the management react and deal with them on a personal level. If management have a close relationship with staff, theres more a likelihood, a decision or reaction against them or about them, will turn out less damaging. If theres no real relationship between staff and management theres a higher chance the staff will take disregard to what management say.

...then on the other hand, if staff and management have too close a relationship between each other, the more staff will likely take advantage of this and use it to their own advantage...

oooh you've plenty of time left! second one's pretty much half done!

no point stressing about it, unless you're someone who thrives on stress, in which case stress away
