What do I do??
I'm sat here trying to do my work, got some tunes on, and I'm feeling quite scared and panicky for no reason, like I'm doing something wrong. I know it is anxiety, but why?? It just happens for no reason! What do I do to stop it? help!

hate it... i had a lie down and then some food so feeling slightly better now. but it just happens out of the blue. meh |

next time i'd say the thing to do would be get up and physically do something, it will distract you and get rid of some of the adrenaline which will be aggravating how you feel.
