Just to point out that regardless of the lists of symptoms, there is no "definite" sign, and you should see a mental health specialist (your GP can refer you), if you are concerned. Good luck.

i have bipolar.
i had was really depressed and i got really, really anxious about things that usually don't bother me at all. i remember i was at the road, wanting to cross and there was just so many cars i just started crying.
