almost like the 'churchill challenge'
name me a working government IT scheme....
the NHS one, all the problems with iSoft the national police one, abandoned the passport office one, remember them handing out umbrellas due to the queue outside and a non-working system now, does anyone trust their proof of identity on a single government computer system which over 4,000 private organisations will be able to access of varying degrees, as well the civil service also remember an exact copy of a UK passport is worth about £5000 at current black market prices, and some home office staff were done last year for selling over 30,000 NI numbers illegally, of which they don't know whose they were....... am i paranoid?
